Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager
 
In collaboration with business development leaders and the MarCom team, this role is responsible for developing and deploying the tools and processes needed to substantially increase the impact of our marketing.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain and drive a new and dynamic website.  Search engine optimization, site analytics, leads/inquiries generated, and browser/mobile optimization are key performance measures for the site.
  • Beyond the website, build tools and processes that generate, and capture leads and provide measurements of success in doing so.  These tools and processes are in several topical areas including the following:
    • Content Management System (CMS) for the management, repurpose, and highly scheduled use of content in multiple marketing channels including email, social, website, print, blogging, and public relations.
    • Gather, analyze and report data for marketing campaign performance to be used to improve value of future marketing campaigns.
    • Marketing automation platform for client targeting data and nurturing campaigns.
    • Ensuring integration of Client Relationship Management (CRM) data with marketing automation platform data.
  • Work with technical leaders and MarCom to develop and deliver compelling content through all digital channels.
  • Schedule and drive social media as well as the development and increase use of videos as part of marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate digital marketing tools with traditional means of demand generation.  For example, orchestrate the awareness generation of original content posted on social media with visits to corporate website for registration at upcoming webinars and regional hosted events.
  • Utilize traditional communications channels (Press Relations, Analyst Relations and Industry Relations) as an active part of the digital and social communications mix.  For example, leverage earned and paid channels to initiate awareness and move the target customer through to the consideration stage via influencers, owned media and then engagement with business development and sales.
  • Identify and coordinate the use of outside resources for consultation and support where cost-effective or in-house expertise is lacking (e.g., select web development tasks, videography, etc.).
 Other Functions:

  • Partner effectively with internal clients in helping them solve problems.
  • Some travel may be required.
Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree required with marketing or business major preferred.
 Experience:
  • Over 10 years marketing and program management experience.
  • Strong understanding of and ability to execute and educate on the basics of marketing and branding.
  • Ability to influence positive change through effective collaboration and trust building with internal employees at all levels
  • Serve as an ‘agent of change’ as related to how the business employs marketing.
  • Effectively manage workflow deadlines and proactively communicate professionally with internal clients.
  • Outstanding organization skills and a keen attention to details.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage work critical to project deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Professional demeanor and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound judgments and decisions so that internal client satisfaction is paramount, and deadlines are not missed.
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills as you will be working closely with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
