Responsibilities:
 
  • Build co-marketing plans with partners across the region, linked to revenue and market penetration goals
  • Build targeted plans with defined KPI with the goals of optimizing program performance to ensure pipeline/lead targets are met
  • Ability to be able to define metrics and then analyze and track program success
  • Develop and build close relationships with key partners and distributors within the region with the goal of strategically driving their revenue through marketing Company's products
  • Be a company representative and spokesperson able to articulate the Company's value proposition
  • Be able to work with cross-functional team to plan & execute the regional email nurturing campaigns
  • Partner on the design and development of comprehensive assets and unique content built for your local markets
  • Deep understanding of channel routes to market and channel enablement
  • Align marketing with sales to ensure campaigns are synchronized with sales strategy, corporate goals, and priorities
  • Participate in weekly regional sales meetings and be the conduit for feedback back into the marketing org
  • Execution of regional webinar/webcasts (both Partner & Customer facing)
  • Event management of regional industry, partner and customer events
Qualifications
  • Over 3 years of experience in channel and field marketing program management and execution, preferably within the IT networking, enterprise software or security industry
  • Being a high energy “doer,” not just a “talker”
  • Experience managing marketing campaigns and outreach specifically in the Americas and Canadian regions
  • Proven track record delivering integrated demand generation campaigns to both end customers, and the channel
  • Experience with online and offline event management
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to partner and with key stakeholders
  • Confident and engaging personality to work with sales & marketing teams
